Alex Craig (Benedict Cumberbatch) got hired because of his parents, the prolific Peter (Alan Rickman) and Linda Craig (Emma Thompson), owners of Britain’s top newspaper, The London Herald. Dana Turner (Karen Gillan) got the job through her parents, Nicholas (Colin Firth) and Beth Turner (Kate Winslet), creators of London’s go to news website, BritainBuzz. In a socety where technology butts heads with tradition, the Craigs view the Turners as a threat to their newspaper sales, and the Turners think the Craigs are pompous and outdated. How will the parents react when they find out their children are dating?
